POLICIES

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Painterly by Saki experience.

They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

At Painterly by Saki, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee (50% of the scheduled service) and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.

No-Shows will be billed for full amount of the scheduled Service. Accounts will need to be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.

Booking appointments after the second no-show will be up to the discretion of the salon.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
